The Seller grants the user a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the Product, limited to the number of machines allowed by the purchased plan (HWID lock).
The user shall not: (a) copy, distribute, resell or rent the Product; (b) decompile, disassemble, reverse-engineer or circumvent the protections (obfuscation, license validation, HWID); (c) share their license key.
The Product validates the license online (with a 7-day offline grace period). A license that is compromised, shared or refunded may be revoked remotely.
Switching machines is done through the client portal (release then re-activate), within reasonable anti-abuse usage limits.
The Product is provided “as is”. No guarantee of trading performance or profit is made. Trading carries a risk of capital loss.
To the extent permitted by law, the Seller’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the license. The Seller is not liable for trading losses, data loss, or indirect damages.
The license terminates automatically upon any breach of this agreement.
NinjaTrader®/NinjaScript® (NinjaTrader Group, LLC) and Bookmap® (Bookmap Ltd) belong to their respective owners. The Product is independent and not affiliated.
