A refund request may be reviewed within [14] days of purchase if the product has a major technical defect that support could not resolve, and has not been used abusively. Contact: support@propnexus.pro with your license key and a description of the problem.
Any refund results in the automatic revocation of the license (deactivation of the product).
Pro subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; access stays active until the end of the paid period. Started periods are not refunded pro rata, except where required by law.
Before starting any procedure (chargeback), please contact support — most issues are resolved quickly.
