These Terms govern the sale of software licenses for the products DOM PRO and Tape (“the Products”), independent add-ons for the NinjaTrader® 8 platform.
The Products are provided under a usage license (see EULA), not sold as a transfer of ownership. Each license is bound to one or more machines (HWID hardware lock) depending on the plan (Standard: 3 machines; Pro/Lifetime: 5).
Prices are shown in USD, excluding any taxes applicable in your jurisdiction. Payment is processed via PayPal (credit/debit card accepted). The license is delivered by email after payment is confirmed.
The Products can be evaluated on NinjaTrader Market Replay (historical tick data) and through the demo videos published on the website. No separate free-trial license is provided.
Immediate digital delivery: license key + download link sent automatically by email after payment.
See the refund policy. The customer acknowledges that immediate access to digital content (license key + download) frames the exercise of the right of withdrawal for digital goods.
Minor updates are included for life with Lifetime licenses. Major updates may be offered as a paid upgrade. Pro subscriptions include all updates for the duration of the subscription.
The Products are execution/decision-support tools. Trading carries a risk of capital loss; no performance is guaranteed. The Seller cannot be held liable for the user’s trading decisions or any resulting losses.
The Products remain the exclusive property of the Seller. Any unauthorized copying, decompilation or redistribution is prohibited.
